How long for a link in the community

More than one moth ago I sent, for my clan, a request to appear in the "community" webpage (I mean here: http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index.php?l=1&sec=24).
I sent all the informations and the logo at the community email but nothing happened.

So my question is, for how long me and my clan should we wait?
What was your experience?

I don't think they are doing this anymore due to time constraints.

Standard excuse with time is invalid-they hired new guy to handle those issues. The only problem might be if they are expecting us to send it through tickets, and not via mail. But then, they should tell us and/or edit process description on fansite page.
I sent mail 2 days ago, no response yet. Maybe community manager can tell us more about such a community questions. Its not all about managing blog, but also having some interaction with community as its manager.

6 months (sent 9.11.2010.) since INQ asked (via e-mails and PMs) for clan description change on fansite list. \o/
