These are just some of the things Chilko said would be implemented in incoming balance updates. From what I've read on forums, these are features that the community wanted and supported highly. But I only care for and only have time to discuss the RvR quest.
The RvR quest for rings and amulets received a lot of positive feedback in that thread, from people excited about finally getting RoLs, DS rings, etc.
It's been something that was suggested many times in forums and backed by most the community. However, NGD decided not to implement this for whatever reason.
I noticed that compared to the other 4 points, "RVR quest added" is written in past tense, so if I'm not wrong these quests were designed and finished, yet not implemented. Why is this?
