Assuming it was only Cold Blood, that would account for 1-2 of the last 3 hits. Otherwise, he's cast speed and/or attack speed are high (very high) enough for all 3 to be under the duration of the spell, which I think is 6s.

Nothing, and you can't equip it. There was a period of like 1-2 days when almost all mobs were dropping some crazy imbalanced rings and amulets all the time (of which the stats I now forgot, it was more than 2 years ago and they only lasted like 1 day).

They "fixed" it by turning these items into other items, like the Cursed Ring. I also have 2x "Jidenah's ruby eyes" on my Syrtis marksman from that period, and 2x "Alsius amulet" as well as 2 of these Cursed Rings.

There was a topic about it, lemme find it...
