Inter-Realm Jewelry Quest?

We were told to expect the quest to allow access to jewelry from other realms during the mid-February update (now known as the Warmaster's update).

Is this still part of the update?

If so, which NPC's will be giving the quest?

If not, when should we expect this quest to be added to RO?

Edit: Also, any word on making Thorkul's Slaying Jaw useful for its level? (Because right now it's an Epic Boss drop with the damage output of a level 42 store-bought 2h Execution Axe).

I hope the changelog is pretty comprehensive tomorrow, listing in detail as much as possible which was added/changed.

The warmasters' weapons and armor gives everyone a fair shake a high-level gear, but still the jewelry aspect is a bit foggy (warmaster amulets and rings?).

I would like this too. Hopefully, the public relations team will prepare this in tandem with the Developer team to give us as much valuable information as possible. They have been found wanting in the past in this area. It would be great to start 2011 on a solid PR footing.
A game changer like this cannot be vague and nebulous. It might take the shine off of a great update if we don't have the requisite facts.

In NGD Staff words you guys said you had aquired addition staff, you also aquired Hungry Game dev team in January. Surely you have the manpower to put out a proper update. You told us these other games coming out etc would not affect Regnum. It doesnt appear that is the case with this improper update which doesnt contain what we were promised. I am still thrown by the quote on your site.

We only know what you tell us you are doing. You are correct on that I am no mind reader. However when the dev's tell us you are doing 1 thing and we will get this or that then you guys do something completly different what do you expect?

If you dont know for a fact then simply dont say anything. I have no doubt you guys had great intentions with the patch but as the old saying goes the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

We got nothing that we expected except another long grind session which no one wanted. All the stuff WE DID want was well left out & we are told you didnt have time to add it.

Yes you are. You get nothing but entertainment out of it. Nothing to use or take with you. You are paying to watch a movie. I can play this game for free. So anything paid is a donation.

A movie is a bit different you are paying them to run the movie for you. Point is the game is free dont have to pay for game services. So anything given for something I cant use or own would be a donation.
