The person who had to deal with your whiney complaints all the time is the mad one... Right... Not you who wrote in every single post how you failed to write a proper ticket to them and they're not taking time to reply to your crap...

Look, you just took time to take a screenshot of your post, edited it on a software, created a new regnum account, activated that said account(probably needed to create a new email adress for that) then took some time to choose a name for a new forum account and make this dumb fucking thread showing the rest of the community how butthurt you are.

The response time to tickets about stolen items or accounts is one or two weeks. About all people I talked to had their ticket responded to in that time. In general, when I talk to people in-game the ticket system works quite good and people get an answer in a reasonable time.

Still, at the forum it seems the ticket system is some sort of black hole with no hope of ever getting an answer. This is because the people who fail to send a proper ticket in the correct category without spamming NGD first seem to be very vocal and end up writing all over the place.

If an user writes a normal ticket and does not fall back to insults, then you will get a response.

I fail to see what this childish thread has to do with Regnum, so I close it for being in the wrong sub-forum.
