erm missing accounts?

I havent played for a while and decided to loginto the game, maybe start playing again if my lagg isnt bad and i'm kinda missing the ping pong action =P however, when i loged into my acocunt the players where missing O_o.

Is there anyway i could get them back? and will my items come back aswell?
if so could you tell me how to get them back?

P.S. i hear the max level is now above 50 O_o is this true? if so is training any easier now?

P.P.S. I would appreciate a fast reply because i loged into Runescape again xD and im kinda getting addicted again =(

hey thanks for the reply, this ticket system gives me a number of options;

"- Account disabled: ABUSE
- Country change: SUPPORT
- Account stolen: STOLEN ACCOUNTS
- Cannot access acount, changed password: STOLEN ACCOUNTS
- Reports of abuse: ABUSE"

Erm i nee some help with choosing one because the account has not been disabled, i did not change countries, i dont know if this account or the chars have been stolen, i can access the account, and im not reporting any abuse O_o.

they really need to make the options more specific, they have one for stolen password and stolen account when they are actually the same thing O_o, if someone has stolen your password they have your account.

Anyway ill be playing COD5 while im waiting so no rush =P.

Anybody old still play? nobody prolly remembers me cos i was always running around by myself.

My humble opinion is: wait and see for yourself.

Right now, some people seem bitter about the update. It's understandable. They're going to say the game is a disaster, and others will say it's awesome.

I think there's nothing like trying it out for yourself. :)

i'm going on 7 months (since december 5th) since i lost all of the gear on my main. i've been boycotting RO since about a month after that until i get my gear back. i send them a reply to the ticket to keep it open every monday. about 2 months after the initial ticket, i made a new one in a separate support section which was deleted without explanation, and i made another last week that was put on hold without explanation. i guess what i'm saying is "don't get your hopes up". NGD is notoriously unreliable when it comes to this type of thing. I started bringing it up on the forums, and was muted indefinitely twice for it. (expecting a 3rd any day now).

a clan mate of mine had his characters deleted and it took him 6 months to get them back. 2 months later, same thing happened (about a week before my gear was stolen) and he hasn't heard anything yet.
