View Full Version : Sticky: Important: Too many stickys :S

I hate to look for new threads in this section of the forum because it has too many sticky threads and most of them are closed. Do you know how hard it is to scroll down? :ohill:

As far as I know Announcements and News (http://regnumonline.com.ar/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=39) section is the place where these announcements and important news should be put but even that section is full of very old stickies and it's super confusing. :S
I think it's because they believe we check General discussion section more than News and Announcements. Well, yeah, it's so confusing there that I haven't checked it for over a year or two.


I could have written this to their community e-mail adress, but I'd like to hear people's opinions too because I have a feeling that I am the only one bothered by this since I haven't seen anyone else complaining about it. And if so it should continue to be like it is now and this thread shall be ignored and/or deleted.

Nope, I don't. Is it really hard?

But seriously, yeah, there probably is too many stickies and it would probably be better if only the most important were left and the rest either un-stickied or moved to another forum. But does it bother me? No, not really. My scroll wheel works purty good.

Too many stickies. The problem is if you go to the next page to catch up on threads, the stickies will be there too. There are now 14 sticky theads, and 16 regular ones, that's just under half of the entire page content, displayed on every single page. Inefficient.

Hello,

There's a lot of important information regarding the expansion and the new version launch, that's why we decided to put sticky on that many threads. However, I've move and delete the ones that are not a priority anymore.
