Chat commands

Hi,

I've updated a bit the list of chat commands, and I've translated it into english (my own version of english BTW).

If anyone wants to lend me a hand pointing out the errors, I'll correct them ASAP.

You are missing 2 commands.


Anything starting with a "." period will go to clan chat..hey all
(This will go in the clan chat no matter what chat tab you are in)

Anything starting with a "*" star will go to group chat.

*hey all
(This will go in the party chat no matter what chat tab you are in)
