This is a kind-of bad decision on NGD's part.

It seems like a good idea at first, and it is very gracious of NGD. Because this guy will be able to have 12 level 60s (6 on one server, 6 on another, since one account does multiple servers), all equipped with epic gear, mounts, and full gems in his weapons.

But the problem is: Platinum boxes. Someone with this amount of Ximerin can directly affect the balance of his realm by distributing massive amounts of magical and epic gear. I'm not complaining, just pointing out that wherever this guy plays is going to get literally flooded with items, because past some point he simply will never have any use for the remaining amount of Ximerin after he has done all that he wants.

Would be interesting to know which server(s) and realm(s) this affects. But I am glad that NGD is showing some more light-hearted actions.

1 M xim, us are crazys or what? NGD losed head, they remember in all updates, BALANCE, BALANCE, BALANCE, 1 M xim, scrolls lvl 45 for all chars, boosters 500% after lucky boxes and box gems, us kidding with all. So why booster 50% in event´s?, bad rewards in event´s, now 1 M xim for 1 unic player, big number lol, continue with it, i see horus dead day by day, if NGD dont make nothing, probaly this server dead, so continue with this ideas. I saw realms at night with 8/9 players on and look for alsius population, NGD need give more incentives for realms, no crazy ideas for only 1 unic player

Its only about 900-1100 eur/dollar (depending on how you buy it) worth of xim, you really think that will effect balance on a whole server?
The cost of XP for his character(s) will likely be ~100000 xim.
Unlikely but should he not use xim for XP, he still only get 190 gold or 138 platinum boxes, maybe 10% will be great but even less will be good enough items to qualify as balance liability.
Im sure he wont buy that many boxes either, he need horses, enchantments, gems etc etc.

I dont see how this can make a noticeable effect on a server, sure you get ally/enemy player with great items on a few characters.
Thats it, there will be no flooding.

Seriously though, a bunch of players with good gear still wouldn't win if they all play bad, weapons aren't that important and most of the stuff from plat boxes turn out to be garbage:P

Damage from a store bought spear and my old magic spear is about the same give or take like 35. I tested damage from epic weapons and store bought ones 100's of times on different mobs, players in arena etc, there's never huge differences, nothing special. But the dude can trip himself out with awesome resistances on the warmaster gear, but that's about it:)

Yes, he knows it quite well - it is a player from RA server (Syrtis) that has already 3 other characters (rank 60, 45, 45) and created a second account to try other subclasses so he knows what xime is and how to use it ;)
