Submitting a Ticket?

A friend of mine was hacked 1-2 months ago. He submitted two tickets, one on the 17th of April and another on the 8th of may. He has not received any e-mails from NGD ever since.

Exactly how long does it take for them to respond?

Hi Suurfy,

My last ticket about a bug took 2 weeks (30th April).
My last one about an abuse took 1 month (13th April).
And both got read Friday afternoon 13th may 2011, in a 2 hours interval.

And a very old ticket about an abuse took 11 days.

It really depends on which category you post in, i think. Some tickets get sorted in few days (abuse), others tak much longer. Make sure you don't "update" the ticket, as that sends it right to the bottom of the list.

Let your friend check the tickets again. Lots of open tickets are removed.
