What code are you trying to put in?

Please don't tell me you're trying to use redeem codes for Realms Online.

Also, the Mount code expired.

No, Something else and what matters now is activating my Reedem code.

Where did you get such "code", keeping it a secret doesn't help... Don't put the code number here, just who gave you it?

As message says, throw ticket in support system. The best bet (unless ticket gets deleted suddenly).

Yea, they deleted it couple of times and they they asked for account information and they told me they fix it if there are more problems i have to contact them again.. but they keep deleting all the time.

I had the same problem. Submit a ticket in the tech support section. My ticket got deleted too, but the problem was solved...
