Points for powers...?

Hello!

I've been looking around the forums, and I haven't found anything on it. When do I get points for increasing my powers? I just got to level 8, and I have over 30 points for disciplines, but only 1 point for my powers :(

You only start to receive distribution points at level 8. After that, there will be some levels where you get 0 points, and some when you get 1-3 points. By level 50 you should have 50 distribution points.
