Did regnum cancel any new sign ups? I play in syrtis but i wanted to make an ignis account, but when i go to sign up page it doesnt load. any ideas?

why would anyone want to join alsius? during the 5 hrs i played yesterday they got their gate broken down 3 times and didnt even give a semblance of a fight to kick ignis /syrtis out.
