Knight grinding

I started a dwarf knight along with myy friend in the RA alsius area. Other then questing what is the best npc to grind on for fastest lvl ups. ( ill use this also when i come back to horus server).

normal or challenging mobs, offensive stance, full damage setup, slow weapon, str, attack speed and mana gear, knockdown+normal/SC. repeat. XD
