Good, now you replied again and said you would have more information next day. (today)
From what I'm seeing another day will pass, and my ticket will stay unreplied.
I posted it here, since NGD doesnt have any other ways to communicate anymore, email was closed, ticket system is slow, I know why.
Now I may sound like a impatient little kid, but customer service can have a boost in its speed. And I'm probaly not the only person who thinks that.
I also know you dont have more people avaible for tickets, but just saying.
