Transfering from RA to Horus

Hi Im new...well kinda old I guess. I just came back and want to transfer to Horus but the game wont let me...Do I have to reach a certian level to transfer realms?

Your character which you want to transfer to horus needs to be 30 or higher.
You can transfer then on the main site of regnum when logged in on your account.

I just got 30 right now nad it wont let me transfer... any reasons why?
ON my characters description on the website says that my character is level 30. I just wanna play Horus

Sometime ago I found a bug which allow to duplicate your characters using transfer subsystem. I had reported abut it to NGD and they said they will close transfers for a while to fix the bug.

I think you should wait a bit.
