So, to start, no, there are enough bugs and way more important things.

It has to be there, else people will be jumping from high fort walls all the time.

I think the damage is a nice plus to it, without the damage I wouldn't want the jump at all, but now you have to watch how you run away in fights:p I like it.
If range jumps to a tricky spot and you jump too, they might panic and fall:p Might see some epic kills in fights, I like the idea in general, would be awesome also if they fix the bugs where you put your weapon away but it is still is unsheathed and you attack wo it showing.
Jumping so far plus 1 from me, thought it would be stupid, but it can change gameplay tons from what i saw on amun:)

Jumping is dumb, yeah, but fall damage? That's really needed imo, I find it rather ridiculouy to fall 10m+ (inside forts, e.g.) without taking any damage.

Falling damage is a good thing.
I consider RO to be a "realistic" game, and falling from a great height can be deadly. But no falling damage because of 1m "falls" please. Implement a threshold (2 m).

I also like the concept of fall damage (as long as it is reasonable) Falling from a high place such as the fort walls/ramps/stairs/etc. should have a penalty. Having that penalty will make forts a bit more strategic on the inside, and like people said, needing to be careful on the ledges, or potential of panicking and falling off could be interesting.
However, I still think jumping is not needed. Especially not with the positional/netcode and client-server communications being as they are.

I don't like it, it limits the way in which we can use the terrain

If there will be jumping, there has to be falling dmg... it just seems right.

IF there is jumping in Regnum, then this is a must. If only this would work for those stupid looking situation where you fall down cliffs too.
You really think you should be able to jump from the tower in Birka on your heavy fat knight without taking any damage whatsoever? Last I checked we didn't have a cat race in Regnum.
EDIT: And I misvoted lul.

Oh dear I wanted to vote No but I accidently voted yes >.< Anyway jumping is nice but jumping damage not really I mean imagine yourself in fort wars you get attacked on wall you have 600 hp left you fall of wall and you die... Not really cool XD

Nice one lightning. A very cautious yes, only if its fairly straightforward and doesnt come with bugs. IMHO fort walls should be little or no damage, tower in Birka upto half health, Thorky's crater death.

ok with the damage taken by falling, but atm is really high for tiny jumps (i think 250-300 for a couple of meters is really too much). ok for 1500-2000 if you jump from the fort walls, but please lower the damage taken by low distances (or start giving damage from 4/5m+)
PS 5% necro for accidentally falling from a cliff is a pain in the ass

I am going with an extremely cautious yes on this. Damage from falling will provide interesting changes in the way battles are conducted. Steep terrain/ battlements (down) will be as important as up.
Now, the sting in the tail will be its development and eventual deployment. I must admit, I do get a bit jittery every time NGD launches something new. Still, I wait and see. Hope springs eternal.

With jumping implanted this is a must. Imagine fortfights when u have 5 barbs jumping down from the walls without taking any damage and attackin the ones on door from behind then run inside again. The defenders wont even have to use the door if no damage is taken from falling

I think this will annoy people, but shouldn't there be a stun effect also, slow or dizzy, I know if I fall I just dont get up and run at normal speed, this way all those attempting to escape when fort door goes down dont
Is it to eliminate fort glitching by being able to jump off?
OMG I cant drop off the wall when under attack anymore.
