Why this is going on in the early stages of balance development I have no idea. I almost hope its just a kill-for-hat deal so it means minimal time is wasted by the coding team on something that'll be gone in a week.

When there's development in process, people whine that RO is passive and boring.
When there's new content added, people whine that RO is unballanced/broken/for premium only.

I guess that NGD just can't satisfy everyone. It's impossible.
