Buy Xim with credit card

I trying buy XIM , Visa or Mastercard, dont work and dont know why. All my credit card is good (very) , I have always same message : Not possible to buy with credit card try with another paiement... WHAT ? WHY ? .. I dont use Paypal and i dont like its my choice buy by Credit Card. Maybe little problem ? Before last update i never had problem with this..
