I just went to Amun because of some colorising tests. Hopefully it's only a mistake/error/bug that black paint is so expensive compared to all the rest.
Archers and warriors have to pay 11400 ximerin for 1 black paint. Mages pay 800 ximerin.

This needs to be moved to the balance section.

Have you checked if it actually removes that much when you buy it? If you have enough to try. At best this is a error in that window. At worst some major glitch on the premium pricing.
Either way, needs a fix.

Not enough Xim to buy it for 11k, but would have been enough for the 400 Xim price. Couldn't buy it.

Oh and btw, hope you had some fun yesterday at the syrtis gate with us. I enjoyed that battle a lot. Sadly you guys had no conjurer in your group.

Sorry to interfere but uhm... Amun is an experimental server, not a painting workshop or a Pay 'n' Spray

Anyway users want to be how we will be when we buy some paint. So why can we buy all the paints except black? Really i can't believe it, if we buy paints, you will win more money...
Regards. (Sorry for my english)
People always test paints before applying them in the liveserver (at least I do), because you can't guarantee that the paint will look they way you want it to.
for example the lion pauldrons, which are normally red. If you want them blue and you apply blue, you get ... darker red.
That is why testing on Amun is a good thing.
Kind regards,

Premium items are heavily bugged, problematic and generally unreliable. If you don't want people testing them on Amun, then you might want to consider actually fixing them so they work as expected. For example, the paint items are just tintures - they can only make armor darker, not usually the color you want.
This means that using paints requires excessive testing to avoid wasting large amounts of money, because the results are very unpredictable.
The support level offered for premium items is ... nonexistent. Countless issues have been reported in them and still few fixed. If testing is not allowed on Amun, then you won't sell more of them on official servers... rather, you will sell less, because no one will buy something that may just be a waste of money.
If you can do without something that is merely cosmetic, why take the risk?
By the way, you can fix paints by adding a saturation control, so the armor can be desaturated (bleached) before painting, giving proper colorization.

My suggestion would be a small interface opened up while on the premium page in-game that allows you to preview the effect paints/hair dyes/haircuts etcetera would have on your character - this way if you do not like what you see, you haven't wasted your money and can then choose a different colour.
By the way, you can fix paints by adding a saturation control, so the armor can be desaturated (bleached) before painting, giving proper colorization.
I like the sound of this, perhaps implement a way of being able to choose the hue and saturation of a specified paint with a slider system upon purchase or in the preview interface I mentioned above.
