but he still attack me. He is barbarian.

Barbarians have a buff (UM) that makes them 90% of the time immune to freeze/beetle/immobilize/stun/knock for 10 seconds. So even if the spell showed "success" and is in the log, this buff blocked the freeze effect of your Time Master.

Also, Warmaster beacons provide this kind of resistance to CCs (70%).

Anyways noadays the only and best option to screw a buffed barb as a Mage/Warlock is to slow him (with Slow or Mind Push) and run away until UM wears off then you can CC him freely.

anyway i would be happy if my log showed me all that happend :(

The problem is that the log just shows normal resistance and blocks from shields - other kinds of resistance (and theere are a lot) are not shown in the log so you are never sure (by reading the log) if a skill really affects the enemy.

I would add there's also sometimes an issue, entries may just not appear in log (especially in big battles, or due to lag).
