This fort war took so long that it wears ppl off physically not just mentally. I doubt anyone would actually watch it til the end cuz it is so boring XD and that is fort war guys. BORING for me at least but since many of you want to see a RvR gameplay here it is. btw if you thumb it down or dislike it, plz give a reason so i can improve on the next vid.

Actually the video was good but as an owner of a gaming chanel on youtube i would advise to do a voice commentary while recording such long vidos

To be honest, it looked like a fun war man.. The only problem is that your marksmen (apperently) weren't watching their opponent marks' and thats the reason you kept getting freezed and dizzied. Also it's just that most of us warlock use some sort of a pvp setup, not skilling Sultar (which btw is still a really nice spell with some luck) Twister, the last spell in the elemental tree which I forgot the name of etc.
Though, the video indeed was pretty long ;p
I like a (fair) fort war as much as I like PvP, it's just that we can't switch from setup in the WZ (We should add that..) because if we could I would've defenitely participated in to more fort wars then I am now ;p
Summary, I get your point, getting Burst Of Wind 24/7 and frozen while casting a spell is F***ing annoying indeed but after all it's a team game, you need some help from you realmmates.

Fear, calling sultard good makes you look bad xD. However areas locks have, are mainly DoTs, so u have to time it when auras are off, else you will have 1k mana spent on 0 damage.
Altough i skipped through some parts of the vid, I actually liked it.
Not boring at all.
Fun war, it was.

No really, yesterday we were fighting reds at Meni and there were equal numbers (they had a lot more marks.. but lets leave that outside of this) 2 locks, Tsantilas or something like that and I forgot the name of the other one came from the right.. Apparently I was the only was who had seen them, as I knew they would be casting a CC on us, I yelled 'On the right' at the same time my Frozen Storm failed on them.. Bam, everybody was laying there for about 6 a 8 seconds while the barb killed almost everybody.. As if that wasn't enough, they continues with Twister and before we knew it our conju's were dead..
Believe me, if this wouldn't have happend our knights and marks' would have driven them back again, as we had the fort to our advantage ;p
Just sayin' !

Hunting is entertaining for the participant and not the spectator whilst war is entertaining for the participant and the spectator.
Much more enjoyable than the previous video.

partially agree. Actually, if fight is even and actually isn't farmin(rare but happens :P) it's actually fun for both,spectators and players.

Nice one, wasnt boring for me. Always more interesting for me to see players decisionmaking in RvR. Sure some fights are more others less interesting, but this one was fine - and for players who check videos to see how RO really is played, this is a perfect source.
Can just encourage you to do more when you smell a good RvR fight.
Minor tip:
Use the "show nameplates" shortcut for better overwiev.
You directly see the "shape" of your army aswell as when looking around its the quickest way to identify enemies without hovering. I suggest moving jump to [F] and nameplates to [Space] - but anything thats easy to reach while strafing&casting is fine.
Especially for videos its nice to blink them from time to time so viewers dont lose track of your situation.
Another thing i personally miss in your vid(s) is the combatlog, but on the resolution you play showing it might fill too much screen.

good tips man i will try the "show nameplates" thingy. but if i move jump to F and nameplates to SPACE where do i put autorun. i will play around with it and see how it turns out. thank you :)

Well, just for the record: I have autorun on Q, toggle walk/run on E (only needed for jumpin around on fort walls) combat toggle on G (as i ust Ctrl for Quickbar 3 and nowadays you can run in combat 24/7 without any dis/advantages), jump on F and nameplates on Space.
But really, most important should be nameplates. Its just a whole different story in war.

Recently I've been accidently resting a lot, R is exit combat mode in Skyrim, whereas it's ctrl in RO. \o/
