i would go for something like this (http://trainer.claninquisition.org/trainer.html?s=ecEhacaaaqeaaeabgaaaabaaaaaqDeeeaha baaa)
med 30/35, parabolic as often as you can, only normal hits on normal mobs (maybe an arcana strike/WS to finish the job) and serpent bite/ethereal + normals on challenging mobs

I would probably go with this when your grinding solo:

Mainly normal hits with range, damage and hitchance buff. Serpent for harder monsters (As the dot eats well thru armor) and Winter stroke to freeze a monster and get back on range if needed so you dont take too much damage.
If you are good with mana switch HC buff with Shield Piercing(4). Its great on lower lvls.

dammit i forgot eagle eye (i've used it from low levels to 50-51 to grind), i don't like maneuver to grind: it has only 40 seconds duration over 120 sec CD. better a damage spell with low cd like arcana strike, so you can use it when you really need it
setup 2.0 :cuac: http://trainer.claninquisition.org/trainer.html?s=ecEhacaaaqeebeabaaaaabaaaaaqDeaeaha baaa

HC = Hit Chance = Eagle Eye
you shouldn't have mana problems with that spell...you cast it only once every 120 seconds.
there is no "perfect" setup to grind, but once you have found your "basic" way to grind, you can adjust your setting adding some passives (maybe concentration to gain critical hit chance) or adding/cutting some damaging spells if you need another one or if you use mainly normals

Indeed, and when doing so you will notice its quite fun exploring the different spells and combinations of them etc. =)
Just some base hints are always a good start.

sudden strike upon mobs is not a great choice because you can gain only few damages for the following 1-2 hits. when the mob reaches range 25 (minimum range to cast that spell) he already has 40-50% of his base hp, so with 2 more hits he would however be dead
stunning fist could be a nice spell to finish an approaching mob or to gain range again, but winter stroke can do the same job (and as a marks you always maximize the arrow mastery tree, so it's way more effective and with a short cooldown)

What helps when grinding a marksman is to learn good kiting techniques and to familiarize yourself with the maximum distance you can pull a mob. Once you get recharged arrows(5) you'll be relying on your normal hits and range which is more than enough to get the job done.
