Realm members blocking Gem, solution?

A whole realm fights for hours to get all enemy realm's gems. By game mechanic and by low iq realmmates it occures sometimes that stupid people hold the two own realm's gems and don't put them into the shrine. So they stand, walk, joke for hours, the people who anticipated in the invasion have to go to work/sleep/reallifestuff and don't get their reward: to see the golden dragon.
So I ask for a solution? There are no strong enough aggro mobs round, a forced invasion by another realm is too risky to loose a gem.

I saw this on different servers, but on german servers it gets a real sport for some special people to block the whol invasion system. And our few GMs are either not online or if online they don't do anything.

Any proposals?

NGD cant do anything about this(neither GMs) beacause its a part of a game and strategy. It is annoying indeed, but its not illegal and yes, it wastes time from ppl who have rl stuff to do. One solution is to cap gem fast :p

Monthes ago I made the proposal to open the dragons cave for 12 or 24 hours instead of this 5minutes system we have now... this suggestion was made in a discussion about the "one realm opens dragon cave twice in just 2 hours" problem but it would also adress this issues.
If some realmmates decide to make their 3 hour sidewalk with the gem before putting it into the portal you could go to school/work/sleep or whatever and enter the cave 8hours later xD
