there are many situations in which can't do anything without hunter: neutralize conjes under "camo", "stalker" friendly fighters to neutralize a specific target ... for example.

Wait until your enemy is attacked by someone in camo;
Ambush 5;
Confuse 5;
Break apart 5;
Distracting 5;
SotW 5;
run away if enemy is sitll alive
version of.... well, you know.

not sure which person you are. I got killed more than 20 times at stone hendge within the last few days.

lol I killed a few lvl 60's 1vs1 at stone hendge also. (ones that tracked me that I wanted to "use" to test my armor configs)

Show us some vids where you kill lvl 60 barb. I do 50 normals on them( on unbuffed barb!), maybe you can do better.

Try sotw before kick and retail after he buff. Sometimes, it works, but I dont know how to make a vid in Ro.

Well in my setup (uses pet), vs a barb I basically just kite with ensnare + mob until UM wears off. After that it's easy: SS, stun, attack buffs, ambush, burst damage. Confuse (I use lvl 1) before he gets up so he can't use spring or roar to run. At this point, I'd just use defense buffs and just finish him. If he kicks you beforehand and then goes for fulmi, spam-click retal and at least half the time he will kill himself when you get up. If not... well, stand further away next time, or use fist when he gets up instead of attempting to tank.

Yes I let barbs get in melee range, because retal is the fastest way to kill them. Playing it safe is no fun. Hell I chase barbs around trees to try to get stunning fist off on them, and it works a lot of the time. If you let them hide, you are only giving them time for their powers to cool down. Basically just stay away while they have UM up; and maybe have at least 1 defense buff up at all times just in case. They're not that bad unless the RNG is working against you.
