We, the inhabitants of Horus, not used to it.
Therefore, create the official rules for all.
Otherwise, chaos will continue ...
please - do not gather around you a large crowd :)
Good Luck!

I'm not entirely sure about the difference between SGMs and GMs, all I know is that they're GameSamba/NGD employees, they can switch realms at will, are able to chat with all players, and have your typical GM powers (turning invisible, teleporting players to their location, teleporting to player locations, banning players, etc)
GCs (Game Counselors) are former game vets (some of them still actually play the game on their original characters) that volunteered to help new players in the inner realm and answer questions. They also moderate realm chat along with GMs.
It's not an official description or anything, but I hope this helps.

GC stands for Game Counselor. As someone correctly said, those are "former" players that volunteered to help. They are there to moderate each realm's chat (one realm chat per GC) and to help newbies with their questions.
GM and SGM are GameMasters, like me. The only difference is the permissions they have, meaning the SGM have full permissions, while the other ones are limited.
And that's about it :P

Its actually fun with those guys around,
but the negative thing i find is that they have taken away the introduction for new players to the clan.
New players recruited in a clan get to know ppl more easily if they can talk too
and asking about how things work is a good way to get started.
(at least thats how it goes in TAG)
Having a clan earlier on wont be nessecary anymore because you have those GC/GM around
and they also make the realm chat more alive, ive never seen it this busy,
so for fun you wont desperetly need a clan either ;) (like we used to coz realm chat was emm..dead)
PS: not saying clans are useless.. i dunno how i would chat to so many friends or know whats going on w/o
them,
and its still more easy to find some1 to help you in clan than that u happen to stumble over some1 to help u with pendy

I'm not entirely sure about the difference between SGMs and GMs,
DkySven would be an example of a GM, rather than SGM. They lack the higher level powers (which are literally a dicipline of powers to GMs).
Frosk and GameSamba staff are SGMs, they have full access to all superpowers.

they have full access to all superpowers.
I don't believe this! Prove it by turning me into a Super-Saiyan! :D :D :D :D
I found them friendly enough, for my liking, although I have been only a few in the inner realm. Maybe when I'll grind I new char I'll know better ;)

I think Veter wants Frosk to set up a thread where in the rules which a GC and a SGM have to obey are noted. Not what the difference between a GC and SGM is. He's kinda right if that's what he means, what are they allowed to do? I remember on Raven that sometimes those GMS stood in front of Samal and lured a group of people around them. Which is pretty annoying since that only keeps them up and holds them busy NOT fort fighting.

Well... I've already answered but here we go again.
I can't give out what specific permissions each one of them has because that it's internal info, not meant to be distributed to the public.
If you don't want to get banned, stick by the rules (terms of use) both GameSamba and NGD has and nothing will happen to you.
If you didn't read them yet, this is a good oportunity to do so.
