Stolen clan names

Hello,

2 hours after the merge I looged on and tried to change back to the original name of my clan but it is already in use. Someone stole it. We had the name for 2 years. I'm think we have permission to use this clan name and we insist on.

As stated in other threads, character, mount, and clan names are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, unless they are impersonating you.

If you really beleive you have the right to the name, contact a GM in-game and give them some details.

I did that, I spoke with the same GM today and yesterday. I sent tickets to the Gamesamba and NGD also. They replied I have to use the forum with this kind of problem

Seems that you're in continuous loop then. As Frosk said, such problems should be reported as a ticket, while you've been told in ticket to create a thread at forum...

might be a bug aswell, i couldnt change my clan yesterday for few hours but it worked later. Spoke with gm, he checked it, it was free so maybe try later?
