Game Key .....

Got an email with a game key. Downloaded, logged in only to find that the key had already been used.

Anyone got any thoughts/suggestions on this.

i sent a ticket twice complaining about the wmc boost that has been lost and now its back-- but the xim that i lost they never gave it back? i already sent like 3 tickets already all they say is that they are trying to resolve the issue-- they gave me the wmc boost but the xim is not in yet. the worst thing is i was suppose to buy the lvl 60 scroll (discounted) but because of NGD's bugs and problems i wasn't given a chance to buy them. i Hope they do something fast or i will look for legal ways to make NGD pay me back in one way or the other. We're talking about money here. But still im trying to understand the fact that they might be loaded with problems right now. I hope they wont let me wait for another 2 weeks or so.
