Well i guess technically its just that Horus users have been added to Raven, alongside with some rules and regulations updates. Just that those NGD accounts still belong to NGD, so the income generated there will go 100% to them, however the higher usercount should be positive for GS aswell.

It's a partnership between companies regarding a specific server, so it belongs equally to both of them. :)
