Dear NGD,

When will you understand how stupid ban it is?

Yesterday, I was in Ignis with a clan mate and some low levels kept attacking us so we had to come close to the save. I see no reason why we are banned.
You should maybe ban theses low levels users for their smart move that is to res altar and not gate where there is "guards" to protect them. You should also ban the high levels that didn't help them at all by cleaning their inner realm from enemy.
Now don't tell me they are noobs or something, since the +18 yo certification step you, none can be enough idiot to don't understand what to do in a such situation.
You last old ban was about a "rock" abuse what made me laugh so hard... Seriously there is no rules around neither in forum or somewhere else and once again I get banned without any warn. I guess that was this GC who reported us... The dude watch us, but don't even pm us to tell us if something s bad etc... Aren't they supposed to be there to avoid that? If we get warned, we move away (even if we think nothing wrong but for respect we do it) and everything is OK.

I was there all the time with Tiger and I didnt get any bans. We didnt either get any warning we are doing something against any rules.
This is just ridiculous.

There was some dumb gc who came to the place where we were fighting. Noobies ran close to gc, maybe just for that we would accidentally click gc and butthurted gc could get "good" reason to kick us out of game for attacking him. Seriously. (Happened once with alsius)

We did not abuse anything. We got inside realm using boats while ignis gate was in danger.

I wonder whats this crap, guess they just dislike Tiger because I did not get banned while he got and we were killing igneans together.

Stop bitching and be grateful they're handling bans now and not NGD. The last User Disabled ban I got was from NGD, for something I didn't do, and it was permanent.

This is really wrong. Though this forum is wrong place to discuss about this but I think people have right to know how personal dislike against some player can cause you banned. This really should not happen.

Gamesamba isnt ngd, they ban w/ reason ofc but for silly little crimes, like in tiger's case as far as i could tell save camping, which there's a gamesamba rule about save camping, and yes you get banned if you do it, they dont act on personal reasons as far as i can tell, but they are way to strict, and the times you get banned stack, get banned too often and they will perm disable your acc


oh and kmdk, you need to take a chillpill mate, save camping has been around for alot longer than u think and it wasnt a problem in the past, but gamesamba plays by different rules, which we gotta respect

If I cared about RP scoring, I wouldn't have made a dozen chars with RP spread all around and not one of them on the top 30 ranking.

Your ban was for savecamping, and while it does seem unfair that you got the ban and Eyfura didn't, it's not really proof that the person who banned you disliked you. NGD can't act on what little you've told us. The best way to clear this issue up is to actually discuss it with GS or post it in GS forums.

I never said I am smart. Killing low lvl players is not against any rules as far as I know and therefore it is not valid ban reason either. I even think killing people is main part of this game or am I totally wrong?

The save camping thing, I dont really think we really really camped there. Just killed same player max 3 times because they ressed so fast and then moved on. Is that really so big crime? And why I am not banned for that?

The save is right next to city. Resurrection dizzy duration is 30sec. You have time to run to city. Or would it be against rules also to camp city entrance so noobies cant get out?

EDIT: Firstly, not saying this is fair. Tiger brings a lot of this on himself by being a centre of attention in the game, banning him for something will get a message through better than warning 100 middle of the pack players for the same thing. Would be a lot better to put up a clear list of do's and dont's though, maybe in the start text in the log where it says 'never give your account details...' etc.

there is a page in gamesamba's forum with all the "rules" and ban offenses, that's how serious they take it, but not every player in haven has a gamesamba account, half of haven is from horus and doesnt follow the gamesamba forum, in that way i guess you can defend yourself by saying you had no knowledge of the rules, even thought what some1 already said here that when game loads there is something saying that savecamping isnt allowed, but that isnt specific enough, not to mention it doesnt always show that specifically and not every1 reads that

idk what agreement ngd has with gamesamba, but if ngd's accounts can be banned by gamesamba's admins, in consideration of the gamesamba rules, then they should post the rules in here too cuz those would become ngd's rules aswell

I m not even sure by which rules we should play. On Haven, there are two account providers: GS and NGD. There are 2 ticketing systems, NGD has some kind of their unknown rules for banning, GS has its list. When there is a payment problem on NGD client they send you to NGD. So to who we players should be in touch and by whose rules we should play, because this dual standard is IMO totally wrong.

GS has a rule for invasions and NGD make them stop using that rule for invasion, and limit activity to inner.

If Tiger has a NGD account and plays by NGD rules( which they do not have some save camp strict rule afaik), how can GM ban Tiger by GS rules? Dont get me wrong, I dislike savecamping and save campers and Tiger and Eyfu IMO shouldn't do this, but my question here is actually who we should listen and obey rules? If this was the real reason for his ban, then how can someone ban him for GS rules he didnt know or was never introduced with as a NGD customer?

This is the result that happens when one realm cannot or refuses to work together as a solid unit.

My guess is that a GC or SGM came on that did not know our realm had been invaded, so he thought you cheated into ignis.

I'm still really confused how "Abuse of Collision Errors" = "Save camping", but:

Tiger was probably just banned because he got stuck in a wall or something and kept hitting players that couldn't fight back, because they couldn't see him. Just explain to a GM that its a common bug that NGD has neglected to fix for some time, and they'll understand. If that doesn't work, I'm sure all of Syrtis will cry enough to get Tigerious unbanned anyway.

etc, etc... Who says it's GameSamba that banned him? He was save camping inner realm and saw a GC, then was later banned for abusing collision errors. Doesn't sound like the two incidents are related at all. What do collision errors have to do with save camping? At any rate...

Just to avoid confusion and general misunderstading, provoked by the user that created the thread and some other community members that suddenly decided to imagine things, the reason behind the ban does not concern save camping or any matter related to normal gameplay, but it does concern a gameplay abuse strictly related to the ban reason he mentioned.

Therefore, I'm closing this thread giving as an advice to everyone to not believe these kind of "conspiracies" that banned users tend to think or imagine when they're caught corrupting the normal gameplay flow of events.
