Hi,
Since the Raven + Horus merge and the official statement of allow multirealming, I would like to know what is the point of having 3 realm?
Most of the players just left the weak realm and join one of the two others when they "think'" they are underpopulated etc... When they don't do this, and are in their "secondary" realm, they just come and disturb invasions plans while we don't even see them coming to fight rest of the day.
Atm Ignis realm is like a no man's land since they are devastated, not so hard to guess what happened to them.
Is this intended behavior of gameplay?

Blame the pigs!!
On a serious note:
We all could have expected it.
Many players who played Horus or Ra with Raven, did so at an other realm.
So they just picked the strongest realm to have more fun

I agree with tigerious, let's completely remove syrtis from the game.

I still almost have all wm weapons and over 150k wmc + warmaster horse, so how the fuck you can still think I care about quests anymore?

The point of realms is to make people re-level again when they get bored with or outclassed in the game, thus giving NGD more money.

lololol Looks like someone is trying to start a forum rage, let's make this into 1 massive debate so Frosk can close the thread xD
Yep, make the money. its rather cheaper to just allow it than actually investing in building a more structured and complex way of improving your character past level 50.
They could have nipped this in the bud though when they raised the level cap. Had they separated levelling requirements from the start, they could have developed an open ended approach to allow players to gain improvements. What they did was apply a close ended approach so after level 60 (as expected) the game gets boring quickly. There is simply nothing left to do or achieve!
My idea of giving you 3 slots and the ability to equip special spells that you would acquire by tasks and accolades would have encouraged players to seek more and thus, stay with their realm. In addition, had they given perks for players having more than one level 60 or indeed having up to 6 characters at a certain level and maintain them, you could see some loyalty.
In addition, give players a reason to log a certain amount of hours on a character to gain special perks, be it to gain some special mount rental or some other non game affecting thing.
There are numerous ways to encourage a player to stay with a particular realm.
There are even more ways to mitigate ( I can think of at least 5 right now) it but I seriously doubt NGD will give deep consideration to what I am writing for at least 18 months anyway. That is the gestation period of any idea here, check and see.
I know this is a troll thread , started by a player with questionable and possibly self serving intentions but I thought I should inject some sense into it.

i can point a handful of people who go to bosses in every single realm, just saying...

That can be resolved by using instances for bosses and booking a ticket to enter such instances by either activity logged in hours on the particular character or by actions or accolades in the war zone or by grinding and so on.
No more boss camping by non active characters .
This can also be applied to level cap lock boss instances and offer multiple difficulty levels of said bosses.

I multirealmed into ignis cuz alsius has more spanish players as Ra, therefore, your argument is invalid ^^

No point for ignis, if we take too serious the"rvr game", will see we cant get victories on the scale of the rvr. Haven's igneans who still play maybe feel like Horus' goats now xD

Can be, won't be.
Lovely idea though.
Multirealming? Whatever. Some people take the game less seriously than others and some far too seriously, these are the types causing such pointless discrepancies that others don't give a monkey's arse about.

If it were just single people, that would be fine. However, people form groups of friends and clans that switch realms en mass when they get tired of their realm. This is one of the main reasons invading@nite exists, because there is absolutely nothing to do during those time periods besides fight guards and grab gems so players tend to flock to the strongest realm during their play time, whichever it may be for the season, even if it requires levelling, buying, trading or borrowing characters.
But to be honest this is entirely NGD's fault for providing crap all for nightcrew players of any realm to do besides dance at saves and make wishes. Multirealming and invasions are not the actual problem causing the repeated chain of events that they are blamed for; the game being boring is responsible.
