A tip for future videos... those harsh "s" and "sh" sounds are called sibilants, and (assuming you don't want to buy an expensive new mic) the best way to help reduce them is by not speaking directly into the head of your microphone. Speak across the microphone, with it pointing a bit below your mouth, and you'll be surprised what a difference it can make in the quality of your voice over.
