Hi everyone!
There have been various reports concerning item losses after using the new features: Auction House and Mailing.
On a first stance, we strongly recommend that if you can't find an item you just bought, please take a close look to your inventories.
This may sound a bit obvious since once anyone buys something, the normal thing to do is to observe the inventory to see if everything's ok; but since the inventory current way to work is to order everything depending on their antiquity.
This means that this new acquisition may be found down in the bottom of one of the inventory bags or even in-between items previously owned if it has been created a long time ago, meaning it's an "old" item; which could lead to a confusion.
However, we have in our hands back-ups and an item history that allow us, in case it's necessary after proving something wrong actually happened, give back the item/s that got lost.
In case this happened to you, please open up a ticket in www.regnumonlinegame.com/support !
Regards!
