Hi everyone!
During last Thursday we've performed some improvements to the Auction House that fixed various issues.
Please, all those users that have experimented problems when withdrawing magnanites from the mailbox, open up a ticket at our Support System (Link (http://www.regnumonlinegame.com/support/index.php?languageid=9)) indicating the necessary details (day, amount of magnanites, etc).
These tickets will be answered starting on Monday, November 5th.
On the other hand, we are aware that some users didn't received their gold corresponding to some sales. This particular issue will be solved automatically, by receiving a message from the auction house, readable by interacting with the owl.
It is not needed for you to send us reports or open tickets for this matter, since the system will make the adjustments all by itself.
