Where is Eldanar?

I think I've been around all of Fisgael, where is Eldanar hiding?

And while we're at it, I didn't see that Petra Direstrike I'm meant to be finding either.

I don't remember where are Eldanar, maybe he's a guard.
Petra is a merchant you can find her inside his store near center of fisgael. Always remember look inside the buldings.

Thanks, found them eventually, after half an hour or so. I definately agree with another poster's request for an arrow, lol Eldaner was a mage trainer in the South West of the city.
