Shall I play this game with my newest pc? I just got it last Friday.... Does my computer's specifications meet this game's system requirements now?

My pc's specifications

3rd Generation Intel Core I7-3770K Quad Core 3.5 GHZ 8 MB Cache

32 gb ram

Solid State Drive 256 gb

Nvidia Geforce GTX 680 2 GB

600 watts power supply

Windows 8 Pro

Liquid Cooling System

so on....

Does this game still crash when you get into too many players in one war?

I am planning to upgrade to the final video card and power supply.

That will be Nvidia Geforce GTX 690 4 GB and 1050 watts Corsair Power Supply.

I remember that my old pc used to have a lot of problems with reaching crazy fps when I get into many players in one war... That caused the power supply to be too hot.

I would like to hear the word from Adrian (Kailer) again. I used to ask him for the beautiful screenshots of the game while he had the great video card. :)

I've been playing this game for the past few years with a Celeron Dual Core and an integrated graphics card without any problems. Based on that I would say that your setup should be more than capable of running this game on ultra settings.

Welcome back. You'll be pleased to see that the game has changed a great deal. Hope you enjoy it this time.

Windows 8 Pro

No, sorry.

Don't get a single GTX 690 either, you'll need 2 for quad SLI to get some decent framerates. You should invest in 7 more SSDs as well and go for a RAID 10 setup, but even then I seriously doubt that you'll be able to play Regnum. The HX1050 won't cut it either, you'll need an AX1200i. You'll want to OC that 3770k to a steady 5GHz as well, the 8 on 8 battles in Regnum are really intense.

Also, why are you playing Regnum with a piece of crap like that? That's like getting a Ferrari engine for a Toyota. I hope you're aware of the fact that most of the people in this community are hardcore PC enthusiasts, you still have a long way to go before you catch up to our level of RAM power.

Jokes on him to be honest. That's a hell of alota money spent on performance power that most likely won't ever get used to its full potential or at least not needed in terms of gaming.

What do you mean by your level of ram power? You can't have more than 32 gb ram with newest processors anymore. I have a friend who works for Intel company. I discussed with him about specifications. He told me that it's near up to date unless I want to reach Nvidia Geforce GTX 690 and HX1050. That's about it.

Your friend is clearly trying to scam you. He's hiding the good stuff from you.

I'd sell what you still can and build a new system around a X79 chipset. Get an i7-3930k and 64GB of RAM. Did your buddy tell you about that?
