UM is fine imo, on the other hand SOTW cries for a fix for ages...
SOTW fails waaaaaayy too much for a last spell :crying1:.

Anyone else noticing more frequent failure's on this spell?

UM is RNG.Tiger complaint about and there were more threads about.

UM is not 100% resists ,it is 90%.
What means this ?.
In RNG the failure rate is printed random with range by time.(i suppose)

So if you are unlucky UM can fail 1000 times in row.

But is by far fair than a fixed system this 90% on random generator.

About SOTW ... there is a confusing description of the spell.
That 1500 ,noone have no idea what means.
In the back this value can be 100% or when its get nerfred as its now,can be 10%.

Whatever ,i think the real value atm of UM is around 70% and of SOTW is around 25%.
