GM Appreciation

I've been playing Regnum for quite some time now. I can honestly say the GM's from Gamesamba, have been one of the most effective changes in making the online experience of Regnum more enjoyable. I just wanted to make a quick thread thanking NGD and Gamesamba for their cooperation as well as thank the GMs for all the hard work they do. The GMs I have met are all very friendly and incredibly helpful, and they all have a passion for the game and it's players.

I would also like to thank NGD for continuing to provide the GMs with the tools and powers they need to effectively moderate and protect the integrity of such a great game.

I want to encourage everyone else who is thankful for the GMs to post here.

I look forward to the new and exciting things this game has in store for all of us :clapclap:

You're right, the GMs are awesome and do a lot for the game, I would also like the thank them for that. NGD don't co-operate with Gamesamba effectively though, and they took away quite a lot of the GMs powers.

Yea, the GMs did lose a lot of their powers when the servers merged...

Hopefully that's just temporary. I would love to see the GMS have all their powers back, maybe even more since they do such a good job!

they r good for our server, the only thing thats not good IMO, is that they give too much boosts =p.

Also i would like to have how to know who is the current GM online, without those annoying mesages on screen

Yes, I think, a big thanks to GM's is in place - they are friendly to everyone, helping out, if they can. Those events, that were on Raven were also nice, I heard ;).

Lol, I agree to that hehe.
Anyway, I think GMs do a dairly good job. They really help me with stuck places or just to chat around.
However, I wish they would know more about the game. They suck at giving class advices, For the boost they give, imo now is better.

Fatal has been on, last I heard some quit and they are no longer 'hiring'
because its not allowed
so maybe some did get fired, all we can do is speculate about it, wont get us anywhere tho

The GameSamba server presence was basically just downsized. Lots of the GCs resigned anyway, because GCing on Haven is a huge pain, and it's only a volunteer position. The GCs weren't fired or anything, they just stopped hiring new ones, and told the few that hadn't resigned they weren't going to have "shifts" to be online anymore, and could come and go as they pleased.
