Realm Guard Pack: Can I use it on any account or server?

I want to buy the Realm Guard Pack on Steam to use on my new account (RA), but I don't know if I can use it on any account or server.

yes, but all of your premium items will be locked to the character that you are using when you redeem your key.

except the ximerin, ximerin works per account so you will be able to use it on all servers and with all of your characters.
