all got free one code from NGD with "We are happy to tell you that last week we released Champions of Regnum on Steam"
and i got one code "Thank you for your loyalty!" (someone i think got too)
but all this code i can't redeem:
1 code problem - "this code for another user"
2 code problem - "invalid code"
but on raven acc i don't have problem with code.
someone have problem like this?!

I got that "Invalid Code" too. I dont understand how ppl can make so many mistakes so often, really. Ticket submited. Now waiting for their anwser..... how long?
Two friends of mine have the same problem. They dont even bother to sent tickets because, and I quote: "What for?? they never answer!"
I got 2 mails and 2 codes, One for my NGD account and One for my GS account.
Both worked well.

Either you are using the code from another account you your main, which will not work coz certain code is for certain account. I got the code too, worked fine for me. I got the following:
2 - Double mag boost
1 - Hyena
1 - Lucky box
1 - Double loot boost
10 - Elixir pots

so how you can make mistake if in email NGD wright your login name. How?!

I got an answer from NGD to my ticket the next day. It seems that this campaign ended the 17th (March).... and I used the code the 18th :facepalm3:
I would appreciate if NGD in the future could indicate in their e-mails when their campaigns ended to avoid such situations. Thank you.

expired code? i didn't see this information in email about expired period
and i don't get answer to my tickets

i try to redeem all codes at the same time. Raven accaunt redeem code correct, NGD acc - 2 codes failed!
it's not about expired period.
