Funny somewhat related story. After I quit World of Warcraft, due to recurring payments that I didnt understand correctly at the time, I got billed for six months even though I was not playing the game in that time. I contacted them and within a few hours they verified that my account was inactive and refuneded me for the six months I payed for and on top of that, added another free six months of game time (Which I didn't use ironically).

With that said, they have an awesome customer service. You just need to decifer that code and it all makes sense.

This is not a code, it is the solution of the mathematical problem (I guess the math homework) the user sent in through support ticket :facepalm3::D

The main point is why customer support helped him instead telling him to sit on his ass and study and do it yourself.
