So we all know the rankings aren't updated. Since when has it been frozen or what was the last update? And are there near-future updates to regulate the rankings?

Knowing the usual track record of the rankings system over the years this could be the very first of the new rankings list they made and it hasn't changed. Hope for it updating and working in the future is low. :tsk_tsk:
