I've got a couple of solutions.

So after refusing to help desk NGD and sending them my I.D/Passport, Wyatt gave me this great idea.

So, if you're like me and your email no longer exists, why not do something logical! Re-create the email with the exact same email address name. After that, request an email change on the website, because well that email finally exists!

You don't remember your email at all? No problem. Login on the forum site, click User CP>Look under the Settings&Options section>click Edit Options>Now under Login and Privacy there's two check boxes, check the one that says Allow vCard Download>Save options down below>Go to the top right where it says "Welcome -your username-(if logged in) and click it>click contact info tab>Download vCard. After doing all this you'll download a file which will give you your information including the email used for the account.

Keep in mind, sometimes if you're logged in with the current account you won't be able to see it yourself simple log off and locate your account on the forum and click Contact Info tab and download.

In most cases your email still exists and you'll have to recover it on your email provider website. You're on your own with that.

Note: I'm entirely an NGD account, I'm in no means connected to Gamesamba I know some of you have hybrid accounts, so it might be different for you guys.

Alright.. and what if your forum account is banned? xD THen you cannot get your mail addy lol

I am in a big fight with an NGD Support idiot atm.
I gave him shitloads of other information others then my ID card, still he refuses to change my mail addy.
Now he wants to see my paypal transactions.. paypal doesn't go back that far it seems.

So i provided my ip, he can see it all in the login website of NGD.
I gave him my whois information of my website so he can see i am the proper owner of that domain, which my accounts are linked on.
And even more information.

Still refusing to change it.

Then, my wife has no access to her mail as well, she provided a copy of the ID card.
ANd what you think that Support cheap idiot does? Ignoring the ticket at all. Doing nothing with it. Not changing the mail.

Sad i forgot the phone number of NGD.. :(
To bad i had a bunch of wrong portugean people on the phone last night ;)

I too refused to give em an I.D, I avoided even help desking them at all.

TBH, a credit card number should be enough, but I guess NGD would assume you stole that too. One of my members got his account email changed though with the pay pal transaction history, so I'd try harder if I were you.

If your lady's forum account isn't banned I suggest the vCard download trick, inb4 NGD removes that. Keep in mind, the I.D information has to match the name on the account as well.

My member didn't have his name nor birthday on his account, but pay pal did work for him... Just have patience with them if you really want the account back, cause well you'll need a lot with NGD.

id be interested in having a telephone helpline staffed by volunteer GCs, GMs or staff of NGD. eventually u have to somehow have this if u are handling sensitive personal ID info. (volunteer GCs should not have access to databases but maybe they can take logs or be a voice).

I had the same problem.

I created a ticket, int he support section, however, and explained myself.

They asked me for proof that I was the owner of my account, which username i wanted the email for, and which email i wanted to be used instead. So I took a picture of my drivers license and sent it to them, and now mail is being sent to the right address.

Now, I can actually login again!

This "idea" may not be helpful 100% of the time, as it may happen that the e-mail address shown differs from the e-mail address associated to the game account.
