i guess by resists and evades you mean they happen too often? I tend to agree. Ive been telling NGD that the way to fix this is to fully disclose the formula so that players can :-
1) see how the formula works and how it is justified (neverwinter uses a similar formula so that level 1 players have a chance to resist spells from high level players) ; and
2) check the results for themselves to ensure the formula (and randome dice) is working as intended.

I suspect the formula actually sets reists and evades at a fairly high chance of occcurring for all levels.

Until 1) and 2) above occur, I personally cannot regard NGD as running a professional PvP game. They really need to do this and they need to do it fast. ESO is coming, Warhammer could go f2p and Rfit is already f2p. So i dont blame you for looking elsewhere, maybe when ur laptop is upgraded.

I have the exact same problem here personally, not that I have quitted the game. Sad to see you quitting the game BPR I hope that you return someday and have fun like the old times (although I doubt it). I'm still waiting for that update from NGD that will persuade me to make a come back and play their game again. Take care man and have fun no matter what u choose to play/do in your life :).
