I log in, get to a fight and I feel my char was teleported from the Iron Age to the Light-Saber-Age.
Dude, there's dual wielding. Barbs eating me for 1k+ hits with 1 handed weapon and I feel like a hunter trying to poke a knight on AoO... oh, my char is a barb 55 with a 2-handed spear... well, call it a not-very-pointy stick... WTF #1
Oh, the fight was on Menirah, odd thing, I don't remember that old fort being so shiny and, well, big! I got to the top of the tower and then, well, I take a shortcut... and I got injured! WTF #2
And there are those weird NPCs... wait they move strangely... hey, they are shooting at me! WHY DA FUCK IS THERE A RABBIT SHOOTING AT ME?! WTF #3
What's wrong with the saves? They look different... Was this lake in the middle of Ignis desert?... Wait... I don't remember this road, where am I going? Was Altaruk devastated by Tenax and rebuild again? WTF #4
And dude, why am I dying so fast?... hey, wait, I always did die fast, not much difference between my level of gameplay back in the days and hitting random buttons (that I mostly forgot what they actually do or what was the reason for having them there... was there a reason, I wonder...) 2 years after.
Hey, everyone is raging on the forum against NGD, and balance, and suggestions, and leaving threads, and... mhm, yeah, that's pretty standard, nothing new here!
