Thundermace's Ruins

There is a quest called "Thundermace's Ruins" according to this site:

It is the only quest I have clicked there so far that does not show the starting NPC. I talked to "Olbross Rainmace" and he does not give me a quest so I assume that it starts with someone else. I cannot find the NPC that starts it. I would really like to go through the quest line and take a shot at the Aquantis Leader. Can anyone help out?

If I'm not mistaken you'll have to finish the Crystal Island quest line first. It'll end when you have to go back to Rottersval and speak to the general again. He will then tell you to meet the Olbross chap. If all else fails, try lvling up first before speaking to Olbross again.

I finished it and he gave me instructions. But, I did not get a quest in my log and he will not give me the instructions again. Did it bug?

Also, the site says it is a level 7 quest and I am level 8.

It could be a bug, however I'm certain that you have to accept the quest from Olbross, the general only refers you to the guy but does not give you the quest itself.

I'm quite certain that the NPC is Younbross Rainmace, near the first bridge to the island that Thundermace's Ruins is located on.

I think Necrovarus is right. I can't recall which of the two Rainmaces is stationed at the first bridge, but the first one is the one that gives you the quest.

First you talk to Youngbross at the beginning of the bridge then Oldbross near the ruins.
