Thundermace's Ruins

I'm quite certain that the NPC is Younbross Rainmace, near the first bridge to the island that Thundermace's Ruins is located on.

I think Necrovarus is right. I can't recall which of the two Rainmaces is stationed at the first bridge, but the first one is the one that gives you the quest.

First you talk to Youngbross at the beginning of the bridge then Oldbross near the ruins.

No wonder I was having such a hard time finding him. He walked off the side of a cliff. I don't think I am going to be able to get to him without dying afterwards. But, whatever I have to do.

Nope... he is impossible to get to. I fall into the water and die.

This is turning out to become rather annoying. Lots of NPCs have mysteriously wandered off to places where players can't reach them lately. Almar, for example, was spotted under the jetty at Gokstad Port. Even quest MOBs like pendant holders have been reported to spawn far away from its usual location to inaccessible places. I hope NGD will be able to fix this ASAP.

Yea, I saw an NPC who was actually underground and I had to relog to get to her.

There is something you can try. It is just a shot in the dark (a crazy idea) but it might work. Some NPC, specially guards, try to help/protect players. If you fight a creature near some guard and you get hit, the guard will attack the creature to help you.
So my idea is, if you can find a creature near and fight it, and you suffer damage, Younbross (if you are is near enogh) will run up the cliff to help you. Then you have to talk to him.

OR

You wait a for him to be fixxed.
