The translation of that proverb could be "if the shrimp falls asleep is swept downstream" (Camarón que se duerme se lo lleva la corriente). I guess it means something like "You snooze, you lose" or that if you get distracted you will be overwhelm by your duties.
But he said something like "if the shrimp falls asleep is swept by the b*tch" (Camarón que se duerme se lo lleva la ch*ngada). Jaja, it could mean something but I guess it is too deep for me. It is hard for everyone, when we do not know exactly what we are saying. It happens to me everyday in Regnum . Odds are you will always say wrong the word that sounds like an insult , or misspell one word that can change the meaning of the whole sentence to somethig dirty or impolite . PS: When they go back to the anchorwoman, she said "So, do not fall asleep then..." .

Yep Miriya ... phrases characteristic of a region are more difficult to translate and change something in the sentence as the word "corriente" to "ch!ng@d@" (test in google translate "ch!ng@d@" ,thats not is correct) that make the phrase very different from the original but maybe not so much the change that only took one word just for make more controvercial the end

"camaron que se duerme se lo lleva la chingada" literaly it would mean the shrimp that sleeps gets carried away by the tide , what it means is if you let your guard down you get screwed in the ass
