Best weapons for a barbarian

Hi, I wonder if someone can tell me what kind of weapons are the best for a barbarian lvl 60 (still very far away from being wm, lol). 2h weapon (wat kind?) or 1 offhand + 1 h. weapon (what kind those 2?).

I have seen some barbarians like Donato and Tigerius among others, making fast and high damage with their dual weapons. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what weapons and what stats I should have to be as efficient as they are. Eventually I would like to know if their armour + jewelery helps a lot to make that high and fast damage they make.
