Yes NGD excellent execution this whole year. Thing are really looking up. You guys may need some help filling up that knowledge base though.
I am sure this very knowledgeable community would be willing to help if the need arises. That is if you intend to use that part as well. Artec |

Yes, Kudos to you NGD. Sent in a ticket went to get some lunch and came back and i had received email stating problem had been fix and apologies. I almost want to drop a tear. Very good job on the new system.

Hmm, everyone here says that they got a reply for their tickets in less than a day .
I sent mine six days ago and still hasn't got any answers . Should I resubmit it or just be patient ?. With regards...

Not sure if this has been pointed out since I am too lazy (to be perfectly honest) to read this whole thread and look around. But in the game client as you are logging in, on the loading screen it still says to send mails to abuse@ngdstudios for reporting things. According to the OP all the e-mails are disabled aside from community@NGD, soI am guessing this one is disabled as well so the tip should be changed? Also in game in the help section I guess you would call it, the ? at bottom of screen, if you look in troubleshooting it still says there to e-mail to adreses you say are now disabled?
